Kombucha tea

According to our personal experience

Boil 3 liters of water

Add 1 cup of soft brown sugar (or ½ box of brown sugar in pieces: ½ of 454g)

Let boil another 5 minutes

Turn OFF

Add 5 tea bags OOLONG

Let soak them from 10 to 15 minutes

Wait until the water cool down to the temperature of the room

Pour the whole into a glass jar

Put the Kombucha culture there, covered by 1 or 2 cups of Kombucha tea ready to consume

Do not use metal utensils, use only wood or plastic ones

Leave this jar in a warm place, 25-28 degrees Celsius, in a quiet place, no direct sun, for 7 days.

Then keep the tea in the refrigerator: it is now ready to consume (1 cup a day)
